Associate Director – Government Consulting with State of Telangana- Big 4 – IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/ISB- Urgently looking for an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience consulting experience- Candidate must be a postgraduate or MBA from a reputed institution. Prior experience of consulting particularly with Government is a must. The job requires excellent project management, business development and team building skills. Good understanding of IT will be an added advantage.- Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts- Experience of development of new and innovative solutions- Good experience in business development- Excellent people management skillsJob Role:- Client service delivery/execution- Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization- Lead the delivery / execution of high quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations- Manage clients & accounts and build professional relationships- People Management- Be a strong team player- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach- Assist in resolving people issues- Ensure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policiesWhat we look for :- MBA (preferably from a premier Tier-1 institute) with a good academic background- 10 to 15 years of relevant post MBA experience- Consulting background from Big 4 (preferably) or other Government Advisory/Social sector with relevant experienceThis job opening was posted long time back.
