Desired Qualifications & Skills:
1-Engineer & MBA is preferred.
2-No prior experience in sales or marketing is required. This position is open to fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience in either field.
3-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with business clients.
4-Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and marketing, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
5-Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and content creation is a plus.
6-Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on challenges.
7-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8-Knowledge of the B2B sales process and an understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic B2B Inside Sales and Marketing Trainee to join our Renewable Energy Advisory division. In this role, you will receive extensive training and hands-on experience in both sales and marketing to develop your skills and contribute to the growth of our business. You will support the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, sales assistance, and actively participate in the deal closure process.
Responsibilities:
1. Learn about our products/services, target market, and industry trends to develop a comprehensive understanding of our business offerings.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target potential B2B clients through research, referrals, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
3. Assist in conducting initial outreach and engaging in conversations with prospects to introduce our products/services, gather information, and qualify leads.
4. Support the sales team in preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
5. Learn and apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
6. Assist in negotiating and closing deals, including contract terms and conditions, pricing, and other relevant aspects, under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and drive lead generation.
8. Support the creation and optimization of marketing content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to engage with prospects and nurture leads.
9. Assist in analyzing marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.
