We provide an integrated approach to client servicing in order to meet the client’s full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Marketer, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.
Global Business Intelligence and advanced analytics team is focused on using data to identify and optimize sales productivity and business development efforts and drive development of marketing strategies. The team oversees the entire lifecycle from acquisition to analytics to delivery of increased ROI, new business and sales growth. The team works closely with sales management, advisors and the marketing team to drive strategies and foster change management. The aim is to shape distribution strategies through data-driven insights, and to embed these analytical processes into the organization’s decision-making framework to continually improve and evolve the insights delivered to the business. The lead is responsible to build a scalable and sustainable organization, manage controls agenda, and have defined engagement & governance model with key stakeholders, have identified metrics and performance parameters. Should drive collaborations/partnerships/team integrations with related functions/groups in the broader organization (India & Global)
