Responsibilities: Call Monitoring II Call Auditing II QA
• Auditing the required number of calls and giving accurate feedback
• Provide data inputs to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps and areas for improvement opportunities
• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review

Walk-in: Monday to Friday (10 Am to 4 Pm)

Job Description:
Designation: Quality Analyst
Shift Timings: 6.30 Pm To 4.30 Am (Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5 Days working (Sat,Sun Fixed off)
Qualification: Any Graduates (Arts & Science, Engineering) / Diploma (2017 to 2021 passed out only).
Skills Required: Good communication in English and Listening Skills.
Age Criteria: Between 18 to 26 years
Salary: 8500/- Monthly + Incentives Up-to 3000/- (Based on performance) + Food & Refreshment
