We partner with business leaders to define talent acquisition needs and develop a clear and comprehensive plan for achieving them. We develop talent attraction and sourcing strategies, manage our employment brand, develop recruiting tools, manage all assessment and selection processes and effectively close and onboard candidates for all experienced hire levels.
Perform full cycle of the selection and hiring process which includes researching and sourcing of candidates from the various platforms and channels i.e. market mapping, manager or candidate referrals, and networking.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure delivery of recruitment activities.
Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business leadership, HR generalists, global recruitment colleagues etc. to ensure the utilization of a suite of sourcing strategies to hire diverse talents
To build internal talent pipelines to support current and future business needs; and talent attraction programs.
Work on ad hoc strategic and value-adding HR/TA projects when required
Maximize relationships with external vendors to better support recruitment strategies
Collaborate with Procurement in optimizing the supplier portfolio e.g. modification of preferred suppliers list and introducing guidelines for agency usage
Build internal capabilities in recruitment excellence and data analysis
Selecting, and hiring talent for key roles while improving gender diversity across organisation
Possesses with at least 8 -10 years of related recruitment experience, preferably with team management skills.
Preferably with prior experience within Financial Services, Professional Services or Insurance industries
Have demonstrated a proven track record of being a trusted advisor with exceptional client service orientation with an ability to consult, coach and influence internal stakeholders, clients, senior leaders and peers.
Proactive, resilient and highly adaptable, you should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
High ability to identify problems & risks, apply critical thinking, consider multiple viewpoints and provide pragmatic solutions and make high quality decisions.
Presentable and able to communicate professionally and effectively to line managers, vendors and candidates of all levels.
A strong attention to detail and able to deliver on the full recruitment process.
Strong team player who is also able to work independently.
Systems experience with Oracle would be a plus.
