Qualifications:
Knowledge of Payroll and Labour Law related compliances with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Skills:
Knowledge of Labour Law related compliances
Knowledge of Payroll management and MyPay
Fluent business English essential.
Individual contributor with good cross-functional interpersonal and influencing skills.
Proactive rather than reactive.
Organised and methodical.
IT literate – knowledge of Microsoft office packages needed.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Manage payroll software “MyPay”
- Monthly salary processing
- Preparation of F&F settlements
- Ensuring that all the compliances related to Labour Laws (ESIC, MLWF, EPF&MP etc..) are done on as per the statutory requirement
- Monthly PF & ESIC challan generation and liability pay-out
- Compliance related to profession tax
- Conducting regular sessions with colleagues from Payroll perspective
- Liaising with various authorities of PF, ESIC, PT etc..
- Monthly MIS reporting to various stakeholders
General:
- Co-ordinating & liasioning with different functions within the company, consultants and statutory authorities.
- Keep updated on all the latest circulars/notification & any other amendments related to Labour Law/Taxation etc. affecting the organisation.
