Main responsibilities:
– Review on weekly basis new PO’s in Customer portal and share it order entry team for Order booking
– Prepare document for the order entry and share it order entry team for Order booking
– Work in co-ordination with Stores and Incoming Quality team for GRN closure
– Process Rework orders for shipment to supplier in co-ordination with Stores team
– Rework parts receival, closure in ERP system and documentation
– Ensure MO are released for Spare parts in co-ordination with PPC team
– Ontime MO closure and movement of material to packaging team
– Monitor Customer dispatches and ensure on time pickup in co-ordination with Packaging team
