Description:
Responsible for Provisioning new customer and be a technical trusted advisor to new Customers Partners and drive the implementation of Various Veritas Alta hosted products.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end responsible for Customer onboarding
Partners with sales and the account team on POC and Trial to assist with customer onboarding
Up-skilling
Keep up-to-date and proficient on all existing products, processes, procedures, and system enhancements as well as any new product rollouts that happen very frequently
Skill based responsibility
[Communication] Excellent command over English language; both written and spoken. Ability to draft precise and grammatically correct emails and ability to articulate and communicate effectively, confidently, and clearly.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in NetBackup as an admin is a must
(Or) Minimum of 2 year’s experience on Enterprise Vault is a must.
