Job Role:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with companies to build new business, candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills, able. to think critically, making plans and demonstrate ability to execute a particular strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Cold Calling, E-Mail Campaigns, Online Networking, Marketing Activities, Customer Follow-up, social media sites, digital marketing, use 3rd party tools.
Following up with new business opportunities and setting up meetings. Execute and improve data collection techniques of leads and prospects & Supporting Seniors
Specialized or having experience in Pre Sales, Business Development , services of Data gathering, Market Mapping, and Research Analysis
An energetic, self-motivated individual with a passion to create connections, developing relationships, presales in the corporate world.
Communicating about service offerings to prospective clients
Structured reporting to internal team
Interest to work in an entrepreneurial, action-driven, multi-tasking environment , desire for professional growth, proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a related field
1-2 years of marketing or sales experience
Excellent communication and IT fluency
In-depth knowledge of the HR industry
Ability to provide leaderships quality, to handle pressures and meet deadlines.
