Job Description

Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker) Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy and lead will be provided . Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement) Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium) Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email Maintain an updated knowledge of the organizations products, services, and customer service policies Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs) Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement) Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium) Enabling FCs to use latest digital platformsDirect customer service and sales to existing MLI customers through relationship building. Existing Customer database will be provided by company (called the Book of Relations- BoR).
