Bilingual French Customer service representative ( Only Female candidates)

Qualifications and Requirements

– Voice process so Strong Verbal/Spoken Communication is required in both English and French
– French: C1 level in French is required
– 1-2years experience as a sales representative is a plus point
– Enthusiasm and Willingness to learn the account
– Comfortable with computers and navigation
– Customer service skills (Good listening skills, communicate well, solve problems, demonstrate patience and understanding, rapport building, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints) is a must
– Inbound sales skills (good product knowledge, confidence, strong interpersonal skills, rapport building, negotiation, active listening)
– Speak with confidence and authority while maintaining polite and courteous service

Responsibilities
– Inbound sales and customer service calls
– Support Email and online chat application
– Keeping yourself organized and being able to prioritize tasks
– Screening content according to our guidelines for app and audio messaging
– Deadline/ Timeline Conscious
– Good Documentation Skills
