Senior Customer Service Associate.Job description-
– Handle international customer inquiries and concerns via voice calls and emails, ensuring a positive and efficient interaction.
– Utilize your expertise to address and resolve complex customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Implement and maintain quality standards for customer service delivery, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
– Manage and appropriately escalate challenging customer issues to higher levels of support when necessary, maintaining composure and professionalism.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for reference and continuous improvement purposes.
– Stay adaptable to changes in processes, tools, and customer demands, ensuring the team remains responsive and effective.
– Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely in an international context.
