RoundGlass is Looking for IT Coordinator, Learn labs Full Time

The IT Associate works in three areas:

• Troubleshoot. Ensure that the computers, internet, and TVs are working.
• Mentoring. Enabling Learn Labs team to independently troubleshoot issues at the labs and effectively communicate when an issue cannot be solved at the ground level
• Reporting. Keep RGF informed of the status of the technology in the labs

The IT associate is a dynamic person with strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diversity of users (Changemakers, coordinators and RGF leads). S/he is a problem solving with a passion for enabling others to independently learn to manage the systems at the labs

What you’ll do:

• Oversee ten (100) Learn Labs by visiting twice per month
• Support, guide, and advice the Learn Labs coordinators with day to day IT operations
• Collect, understand and solve on-ground IT issues in the labs
• Mentor Learn Labs team to troubleshoot at the ground level
• Send weekly reports regarding: common IT issues and solutions, health of the systems, impact of mentoring sessions

Who we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in IT
• 2 years of experience minimum
• Ability to communicate and mentor school/lab teams who have minimum IT training
• Ability to communicate with IT specialist from RGF to solve major issues in the lab
• Enthusiastic about teaching coordinators how to solve basic IT issues
• Command of English & Punjabi in all forms: speaking, listening, reading and writing
