PeopleCloud Customer is a world-class cloud-based Customer Data Platform (CDP) fully enabled with a complete Marketing Automated Operating System (MAOS). The PeopleCloud Customer platform provides out-of-the-box SaaS and PaaS products that are fully integrated, including Customer Identity services, Deterministic and Probabilistic Customer Record stitching services and Marketing Machine Learning algorithms and models trained to deliver personalized activation at scale.
Epsilon India team is looking for a talented team player in a Senior Full Stack Developer. You are an expert, mentor and advocate. You have strong front-end and JavaScript based frameworks background and are passionate about transforming data into digital experiences through UI and UX. You welcome the challenge of machine learning based insights and are proficient in ReactJS, NodeJS and be able to independently deploy web stack using docker containers. Have some familiarity with react-native, PySpark, 1 of deep learning framework with big data. You must be self-driven, take initiative and want to work in a dynamic, busy and innovative group.
You will work with a distributed team (onshore and offshore) and work closely with a broadly talented team of delivery management, business analysts, visual designers, analytics, developers, and QA. You will work directly with clients to own data science solutions as a member of the Data Sciences MML Cloud Services team, and will operate as part of the product team to extend the Platform functionality when not supporting client projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 8+ years of experience in web development using ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML and MongoDb
• Experience using MVC design pattern and making JS code more modular and readable
• Experience designing and developing web and mobile applications in a complex-operating environment.
• Experience with DevOps and docker, capturing the whole stack in containerized environment using Azure or AWS cloud.
• Testing experience, leveraging mocking/spying frameworks for isolation of the subject component
• Agile development environment experience, familiarity with SCRUM
• Ability to foster collaboration within and across teams
• Understanding of object-oriented design, client-server architecture, and relational database design
• Proven capability to deliver end-to-end web application by asking the right questions, extracting data from parquet data store, and adding visualizations of predictive models in responsive dashboards.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate ideas.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for understanding key business problems, bringing together a team to understand data/ instrumentation needs and/or mine through data to unearth deep insights into customer experiences
• BTech/B.E. in Computer Science, or equivalent education/professional experience is required, MS or MTech is plus
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 2+ years in a role with demonstrable data science experience
• Cloud experience is preferred.
• Some applied experience in DNN models using Tensorflow.
• Strong experience in at least one database technology (i.e. MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
• Strong experience in at least one programming language (i.e. JS, C, C++ is plus)
• Experience working with different query languages (i.e. PL-SQL, T-SQL)
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JSON, XML, jQuery)
• Experience building REST API’s using microservices architecture.
• Integrating front-end UI with the constructed API
• Understanding and experience working with cloud infrastructure services like Azure and Amazon Web Services.
• Experience working with code repositories and continuous integration (i.e. Git, Jenkins, etc.)
• Strong passion for understanding key business problems, bringing together the team to understand data/ instrumentation needs and/or mine through data to unearth deep insights into customer experiences
• Having strong aptitude for solving data science problems and providing digital experience to these ML solutions is a huge plus.
