Operation Specialist Jobs at India Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation Specialist will liaise with Sr. Director, RWD Strategy and Partnerships and coordinate within the department to schedule trainings for database/ data partners annually or as required.
• Will be responsible for documentation of trainings in the relevant libraries/repositories.
• Assist in maintaining FAQs for each data partner in collaboration with RWD Strategy and Partnerships team members, RWA and RWDMP colleagues globally.
• Operation Specialist will be responsible for maintenance of Knowledge Exchange webpage in coordination with Sr. Director, RWD Strategy and Partnerships.
• Operation Specialist will assist in developing and posting short articles for Knowledge Exchange, Quarterly Newsletter and VEO workplace as part of communication strategy.
• Operation Specialist will be responsible to provide operational support to RWD Strategy and Partnerships department in compliance with GSK standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good clinical practice (GCP) and work with GSK contracting groups to review and submit contracts; facilitate contract execution, Procurement, RFP, purchase order requests and contract execution aspects of the activities and liaise with vendors as required
• Assist in working with finance for resolving invoice issues.
• Assist in maintenance of RWD catalogue, conduct bulk/manual updates to data source entries and coordinate/communicate on the semi-annual updates by country manager/ data source relationship manager.
• Operation Specialist will communicate timely and effectively using relevant channels to ensure successful operations in VEO/ RWD (Strategy and Partnerships) department.
• Operation Specialist to ensure that VEO activities remain compliant with relevant GSK procedures, remaining up to date with all relevant training and seeking learnings and best practice from other GSK teams and external organizations, to develop best practice and innovation in RWD department.
• Assist in ensuring activities are registered correctly in GSK enterprise systems, in collaboration with central business groups supporting those systems and processes and with other members of VEO Business Operations.

Expected Delivery:

• Must adhere to relevant SOPs and procedures
• Must work closely with RWD Strategy and Partnerships and other VEO colleagues, and any internal stakeholders using the RWD Knowledge Exchange and RWD Catalogue
• Bringing efficiency in processes over time through self-learnings and innovation.
