Job Description : 

• Following Corrective maintenance process and maintaining MTTR, Optimum network availability. 
• Inter-floor and Land route Fiber splicing etc.
• Interacting with ITMC for day-to-day circuit complaints handling. 
• Ensuring and follow up of implementing the existing O&M processes and complying with them. 
• Spares and Inventory maintenance of all LS transmission and power feeding equipment, Land Cables, Power Cables and associated jointing accessories. 
• Routine Circuit testing and handing over to backhaul / ITMC. 
• Upkeep and Maintenance of backhaul connectivity records network wise. 
• Preventive inspections of LS to Beach manhole Land routes.
• Maintenance and upkeep of the entire landing test equipment and their calibration status. 
• Backhaul connectivity port and Fiber utilization reports.

 Job Profile :

•  Maintenance of SDH and Submarine DWDM and Power feeding equipment at Landing station, 
• Following Preventive maintenance schedules as per Network JSMD and their test records.
• OFC Splicing / ODF Termination etc.
