The HR & Admin Executive is the single point of contact for all people and admin related concerns at the office and factory location.
Candidate is responsible for,
– Recruitment and Hiring right candidate for the required position
– Manpower development
– All Admin related work in office and warehouse
– Discipline in the office and warehouse arena
– Maintenance of the workplace, housekeeping arrangements, hygiene routine and upkeep of facilities and properties as required
Skill required for the position,
– Should individually handle all HR & Admin work and is aware of all statutory requirements
– Very good in communicating with employees and attending each issue with a problem solving approach
– Should be a great communicator in verbal, written, and public means and has demonstrated expertise at presenting and delivering key messages
– Expert in building relationships within organization and grievance handling
– Computer hardware, networking & IT skills added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
