Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights • Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports • Spot key performance indicators with apt objectives,Analyze pervious and present data for better decision making, Transform business requirements into technical publications and Build multi-dimensional data models • Run DAX queries and functions in Power BI,Skilled in data integration through ETL processes from various sources and experienced in designing, developing, and deploying Visualizations using Power Bi. Possess strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical insights and interpret data reports for clients, while also understanding and meeting client requirements. • Able to translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into actionable architectural designs.Hands on experience on dashboards enablement on mobile • Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, Capable of working independently and exhibiting leadership qualities and Knowledge and development of Qlik Sense and Tableau will be added advantage nnnn Position Title: Sr. Specialist Performance Mgmt(Data Visualization/ ETL & MS Power BI) Minimum requirements: • University degree in Computer Science or Business Management or relevant experience • 8+ years of experience as a BI/DW professional • A strong analytical and logical mindset • Well-versed with concepts and techniques of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. • Must be familiar with a project’s complete life cycle implementation of at least 2 to 3 projects. • Skilled in Visualization web integration, Advanced SQL knowledge, Stored Procedures, SQL scripting, nested selection, stored procedures, triggers, analytic functions, tuning etc. WHY NOVARTIS? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
