Job Purpose The purpose of this role is also to play role of a mentor to upcoming Specialist and Experts by working closely with them on the functional competencies and drive quality initiatives across the H2R vertical along with the Management. This role is to serve as the first point of contact for employees, point of consultation for managers and P&O community on H2R Service’s related tools, processes and technologies. The person is encouraged to be a seasoned problem solution provider on handling complex and large P&O Service requests. Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Provide timely consultation and accurate solution for complex restructuring, bulk change requirements as designated by the Management. • Support full H2R Support Sandoz Leaders as specific group of customers and H2R tasks to specific team/countries for all the operational activities. Provide timely quality response to customer queries and support in validating responses provided by others • Take ownership for queries and be responsible for case opening and closing (end to end) and provide the first and final point of contact for the customer. Full scope of HRM activities inclusive of OM, PA Changes across the geographies to global customers • Collaborate and provide support and specific advice in the implementation of processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and provide guidance and assistance on problems and requests to customers/users through consulting and training • Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible. Support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts. Track service requests and troubleshoots – analyze error messages and questions • Support projects connected to restructuring and OM updates across organization. Provide the organization support on P&O processes to country and P&O Representatives and act as advisors, SME for OM and H2R • Support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives. Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope. Maintain process adherence and up to date documentation (SOP, WIP, Training materials, Evidence) to remain compliant on NFCM Controls and country compliance. • Be strongly connected with the Knowledge Management team on creating and up keeping the Knowledge articles to divert ONS queries. Accountable for updating SOPs and Work Instructions on a periodic basis.
