The team you’ll be part of
Leading of team of Engineers & Technicians to Ensure Chennai factory delivers high quality Products and exceeds expectations of Customers
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of our team, you will:
1. Responsible to ensure effective QA system is in place across the factory
2. Responsible for managing Customer & key stakeholders from quality perspective
3. Lead a team of Engineers & Technicians team to implement Strategic quality improvements
4. Factory representative for Workmanship standards
5. Drive systematic improvements across shopfloor via various audits
6. Driving the Corrective & preventive actions review & Implementation
7. Handling Customer Complaints related to Factory
8. Responsible for product field performance governance in coordination with global teams
Your skills and experience
Soft Skills
1. Should be able to manage global stakeholders from various geographical background
2. Good communication skills
3. Team player, ability to influence & drive cross functional team
