Job Summary:
The role involves identifying on-air placements of television advertisements, programmes, and promotions.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Processing television broadcast in a timely and accurate manner.
Entering advertisements into the company’s database, adding meta-data such as product and a creative description of the advertisement.
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Processing and delivering all required data to strict deadlines.
Maintain the integrity of the operations department by following company policies and procedures; notifying the manager of any issues that may harm the collection of accurate data.
Assisting in other areas of the operations department as required
Fulfilling any other tasks as requested by the manager
Competencies:
Fast typing skills
Fluent in English with excellent spelling and listening skills utilised for audio transcription.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and timing
Competent computer-skills and confidence to learn new software
Ability to keep to deadlines and stay focused on repetitive work
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, within a global company
Awareness of brands in the assigned advertising market is desirable
Experience or interest in the media business or market research is desirable
Proven experience with fast and accurate data processing is desirable
Knowledge of Google suite of applications is desirable
