Bachelor’s Degree in Mechtronics /Electrical/Electronic or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

· Key Member of Diagnostics team and Driving the new initiatives

· Diagnostic content (Actual values/Actuation/Flashing/Coding/Guided fault tracing steps/Component calibration/Service measure) development for the Mercedes-Benz Aftersales Diagnostic tester in Grade-X

· Diagnostic content Technical support for the global Mercedes-Benz Workshops

· Validation of Diagnostic content in the vehicle

Skills Required

· Understanding of Drivetrain systems (E-Drives, Diesel, Gasoline, Emission control, Transmission etc.)

· Understanding of Diagnostic tester and it’s functions

· Understand the vehicle diagnostic requirements as per the standards

· Understanding the vehicle wiring diagrams

· Designing the troubleshooting steps for the vehicle systems/components in an authoring tool called Grade-X

· Hands-on vehicle repair experience

· Excellent analytical skills for analysing the field issues

· Understanding the CAN/DoIP communication traces

· Written and communication skills in English

· German language proficiency is an added advantage
