We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented and experienced Billing Support Analyst to join our Billing Support team. You will be engaging with a talented and fast-moving group of sales representatives and other internal stakeholders on a daily basis in support of the order to cash cycle for all of our business lines. You will also be the face of LinkedIn to our customers and are entrusted to delight them through your interactions.
Responsibilities:
Provide billing and invoicing support to LinkedIn Enterprise customers both internal and external
Work within a queue-support model with specific performance targets on case productivity, case volume handled, and quality of customer experience.
Process invoice, account and customer contract amendments inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Document all customer communication interactions via system tools
Ensure that all issues are escalated as needed to the correct internal departments and management
Research complex accounting errors or billing discrepancies, utilizing system functions to ensure compliance with applicable controls
Handle customer inquiries via multiple support channels (email, chat, VC calls occasionally), demonstrating strong customer focus through effective communication
Collaborate with global Billing Support team as well as with cross-functional partners across different regions and time zones to resolve cases effectively.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Maintain a working knowledge of internal tools, product and processes
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Perform additional duties as required
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of Customer Service or Billing experience in a B2B environment
Business fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle and Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics
Experience working in a B2B environment
Experience working in technology companies
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Self-motivated team player that can work independently
