Summary: SFDC Administrator to support IQVIA CRM OCE Personal and other products
Key Responsibilities
• Quickly understand the healthcare sales force domain, CRM product’s various modules on SFDC sales cloud from the business
standpoint
• Complete internal product certifications
• Gain clear understanding of internal incident management processes and tools to address effectively all incidents/questions from end
user/Champion users
• Technical incidents management and technical application support.
• Platform Functionality Support.
• Proactive maintenance of system health and issue resolutions
• To understand and analyze the data set when required, using SOQL
• Support to maintain the data integration between third party applications/Onekey/Other IQVIA applications to CRM and vice versa
• Should technically be sound enough to handle end-to-end support activities independently
• Work with the existing admin, product, implementation teams to establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce administration
• To be able to discuss with the business analyst on the requirement, perform impact analysis and provide business admin solution to a
problem
• Good team player but independent enough to work as an individual contributor.
• To work confidently and independently with the onsite stakeholders
• To participate in regular internal status follow-up of the project with leads and other managers and clear updates
• To ensure there are no NCs with Department/Corp level processes.
• To work in shift [mostly during UK/Europe shift hours, 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST] to support global clients
• Flexible to learn and move around technologies, adaptable to the dynamic nature of the project
Required Skills and Experience
• Willing to work in product-based organization in service operations
• Demonstrated technical SFDC business administration experience
• 2 to 4 years of IT experience on SFDC solution delivery experience, including Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce ADMIN[ADM201] certification
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and
reporting requirements
• Proficient in SOQL
• Strong analytical skills
• Flexible with timings and willing to work in shifts
• BE in Computer Science/ Information Technology, MCA, BTech
• Understanding of Incident and Problem management processes.
• Should have good verbal and written communication
