Job Responsibilities:
– Hugely responsible role who will define our Company’s Performance of his region.
– Responsible for overall Profit Centre operations for the region.
– To spearhead the Asset operations for the region and achieve budgeted Disbursements with the help of BIC/BM/TM/HM along with Financial planning.
– To Monitor the performance of branches coming not only for numbers but for portfolio quality, operational costs,
– Manpower planning, cost v/s actual thus enabling them to achieve their profitability targets.
– To monitor the performance of the Portfolio based on Non-starters and Early Delinquency and also Responsible for overall Portfolio of the region.
– Reviews portfolio performance of various sourcing channels, different category products and specific customer segments. Understand the gap and help define product policy with the help of underwriting team.
Non Financial Responsibilities:
– Ensure all business processes and procedures are properly complied and followed by business team.

– To individual monitor every FOS productivity and help them improve with the help of BIC/BM.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:
– Ensure all business processes and procedures are properly complied and followed by business team.
