As an HR Fresher, you will handle the coordination and communication around the Recruitment Lifecycle processes. Main focus would be on Onboarding of new hires at Codage Habitation, collaborating with internal functional teams and candidates at pre-Onboarding and Onboarding stages and responding to the queries and requests. You will be required to support HR systems and programs and contribute to the Knowledge base and processes with a strive to improve and deliver service delivery excellence using first time right approach. You will partake in and support initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement of HR processes.
