Job Description Summary
As an FMI Program Leader (FPL) you are responsible for a critical and highly visible role within the Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) modality managing aspects of Recalls/Field Actions (FMIs). Ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, and produce high quality work that prepares the business to execute field actions and verifies the completeness of that process. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some independent judgment is needed with guidance/support.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and manage Customer Consignee List (CCL) from start to finish. Ensure CCL updates for completed Service Cloud Cases against the recall
Collaborate with team of contractors who provide transactional support by closing and auditing all Service Cloud FMI Service records (part of case reconciliation process)
Ensure Service Cloud records are closed with the proper documentation
Responsible for overall Field Actions accountability from initiation to closure
Work with regional leaders to complete Install Base validation for their regions
Attend Product Safety Review Board (PSRB) and Recall Execution Board (REB) meetings when requested
Participate in drafting and improving scope of work documents (e.g. Standard Work)
Identify areas of improvements and drive waste out of transactional processes. Look for ways to automate manual steps. Represent global regions in Lean FMI events. Prepare reports as needed and provide updates to stakeholders, improve field adoption of the FMI dashboards
Manage field communication regarding FMI releases at the F4 milestone
Maintain and upkeep CCL (as a whole) for the FMI final closure activities
Leverage FMI expertise to provide guidance to the field and resolve issues
Work with vendors that distribute FMI letters to customers
Overall FMI documentation participation: including CCL creation, DDP authoring, PSRB preparation, finance, finalizing the solution and strategy, supplier selection, Verification/Validation of FMI solution, GPRS part setup completion, kit movement to regions, regional communication, etc
Ensure Letter deployment progress on time and per defined plan
Ensure FDA reporting is complete for each FMI by assigned date.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with SEI regional teams and teams in other modalities
Required Qualifications
This role requires advanced experience of 6+ years in Services or similar background
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Experienced with Microsoft Excel (very comfortable with large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
2+ years of established project/program management skills

Experience in Healthcare IT workflow would be an added advantage

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs or project plans
