- Suggest learning strategies for Individual Development Plan of key talents. Support Production function to run Tejas-We (On the Job Training.
- Hiring through various sources for the positions above Officer level. Ensure all the processes run through “Workday” HRIS system & help stakeholders to follow the recruitment policy.
- Design & implement innovative plans, programs & activities for employee engagement. Ensure & Promote R&R implementation at plant.
- Prepare Training, Employee Engagement & R&R budget & keep track of it throughout the year.
- Assist Manager in Performance Management process for plant and ensure timely completion of appraisal process and target setting.
- Involve in Organizational Development activities in Plant & HR function
