Local Unit & Position Description
We are seeking a driven HR Integration and Operations Specialist who can support the integration plan between DNV and a recently acquired software company with a substantial employee base in India and client operations in the USA. This is a unique role to provide a cultural and operational bridge between staff from the acquired company and DNV and is a key role in assuring the success of the integration of this team.
You will be responsible for overseeing local implementation of HR operations, including policy alignment, best practices implementation, employee integration, and some business operational matters. Additionally, you will support the merging process of the two companies, with a focus on incorporating DNV’s values and mission into the integration efforts and culture of the acquired company. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively supporting this important transition.
This is a temporary role, and we expect the assignment to last 18-36 months with the opportunity to be considered for other permanent roles in DNV.
