Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and subvendors to understand their staffing requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Engage in regular discussions with clients and subvendors to ensure a smooth and successful staffing process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date timesheets of contractors, ensuring timely payment and compliance with company policies.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and resolving any operational challenges that may arise.
Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, subvendors, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process.
Demonstrate proficiency in Excel to analyze and present data, generate reports, and streamline operational processes.
Qualifications:
Degree is not mandatory.
0-1 year of experience in operations, staffing.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, subvendors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
