Educational Qualifications and Experience :
– MBA / Masters in Finance from B Schools
– Engineering Graduates will be preferred with MBA
– Additional preferred qualification – CFA (USA)
– Candidate must have 1-3 years relevant work experience with International Banks, Developers / Investors / Funds or Similar Financial & Corporate Advisory Institutions
Job Description:
Transaction Delivery and Project Management :
– Support the team on structuring and financing Infrastructure Projects;
– Executing and advice on various aspects of Infrastructure Financial Advisory including Bid Advisory, contract analysis, financial due diligence, credit enhancement mechanisms;
– Review project documents to assess the commercial and contractual implications;
– Build and audit international standard, sophisticated financial models;
– Work on different stages of project development, from early stage feasibility analysis to equity raising, debt raising and due diligence, leading to the achievement of financial close;
– Support Team Lead with client interaction for developing in-depth knowledge on financial models, structures and contracts to provide quality service;
– Prepare reports, information memoranda, summary and presentations per advisory mandate;
– Participate in negotiations of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects with banks / financial institutions, contractors and other third parties under the guidance of the Project Lead.
Client Interaction :
– Interact and engage with client teams for seeking and providing updates and information, clarify and validate client needs;
– Respond to the clients- changing needs and priorities under the guidance of Team Leader;
– Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best address client needs and requirements.
Business Development Support :
– Conduct secondary research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors to generate insights and reports to enable team to stay abreast with markets and industry developments and identify business development opportunities
