“Travel Kingdom” is an inbound and outbound tour operator based in Pune, operating worldwide destinations with the best of our expertise. We are a highly professional setup of more than 12 years with a one-stop solution for all the travel requirements.
We are a team with a vision to provide quality services at a reasonable cost. Our services include Air Tickets, Domestic and International tour packages, Visa, passport, Travel Insurance and our well-established segment is Forex, International Money Transfer.

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in processing flight bookings, reservations, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
· Collaborate with the ticketing team to handle inquiries from clients regarding flight details, pricing, and itinerary adjustments.
· Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting with travel-related concerns.
· Support the customer service team in handling inquiries, providing travel information, and addressing customer needs via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
· Assist in administrative duties such as maintaining databases, organizing travel itineraries, processing bookings, and handling documentation.
· Collaborate with various teams within the company, including sales, operations, and marketing, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the travel industry.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications.
· Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
SKILLS:
· Proficiency in English (Written and verbal)
· Understanding of basic travel terminology, airline operations, and reservation procedures is advantageous.
· Precision is crucial in ticketing to ensure accurate bookings, pricing, and itineraries.
