Job Purpose:
The role holder is expected to support digital and on-ground client support and development initiatives by designing content and coordinating with internal and external partners. They will also be required to track relevant metrics and publish timely reports to ensure process efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design creative campaigns to convert and engage active users, activate dormant users.
Prepare and execute monthly marketing calendar for various retention campaigns.
Track and publish the customer satisfaction and NPS scores on regular basis and analyse trends / variances.
Resolve tenant queries, requests, and grievances within the stipulated TATs to ensure process efficiency and customer delight.
Support to deliver superior tenant experience by drafting content and coordinating with agencies to roll out marketing campaigns.
Create action plans to address clients business needs and improve organizational offerings.
Help expand digital footprint. by handling social media presence of Nucleus Office Parks across various platforms.
Coordinate with internal departments to arrive at resolutions for customer grievances and requests.
Track and publish web analytics such number of followers, number of engagements on the posts etc.
Conceptualizing & managing client listening and delight programs & events to create brand evangelists.
Skilled in building robust mutually beneficial relationships through influential negotiations and overcoming resistance to change. Well-networked with top-notch vendors, artists, media, event agencies across India.
Creating framework for key Tenant Events and Promotions and execute them to exceed customer expectations.
Strong coordination with the facility administration for up-keep of all the parks.
Build strong network with existing potential tenants.
Deliver the role in alignment with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, including Health and Safety (EHS).

11 + years of relevant experience
