Position – Sales Head
Location – Gurgaon
Key Responsibility :
Sales Planning:
– Define the sales plan including sales approach, structure, governance, and reporting mechanisms
– Participate and co-develop product design and enhancements across existing / new services / including market entry / penetration
– Support the business with timely market / Competition intelligence Business Building
– Responsible for overall sales achievement for the business
– Lead the sales effort across all channels, products and markets. Ownership of targets for all defined service lines, including but not limited to:
– Nursing – Assistance – Pathology – Physiotherapy – Equipment – Other new services
– Hunting and farming of Key accounts/clinicians for generating business
– Introduce market specific business models for streamlining and ensuring launch within stipulated timeframes
– Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region Stakeholder management
– Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through interaction with the Medical, Corporate and other potential community (both within and outside Healthcare)
– Plan and manage sales events, CMEs, campaigns, and product launches to deliver the performance.
– Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
– Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure lead closure / retention Governance & reporting – Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts) for the sales team
– Monitoring and presenting sales dashboard, analysis related to operations, employees & customers for the region
– Accountability for timely registration and closure of complaints
– Extend support for marketing and promotional activities (ATL/BTL)

– Business performance – Health of sales (channel mix, service mix, profitability, new business, # accounts) – New sales & retention – Product & market intelligence
Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
– MBA / Post graduate qualification
– 12-15 years of healthcare experience
– Experience in retail / out-of-hospital / homecare / pharma sales preferred
