Job Description
Vyom Landbase is looking for a high-performance Front Office cum sales executive for handling the sales of Residential project and for upcoming Commercial project. Preparing sales reports and analyse on leads, conversions and other sales and office activities.
Requirements
· Greet and welcome guests/clients as soon as they arrive at the office
· Communicating with the clients
· Work directly with directors to plan and direct the work of the organization
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
· Understand client needs, maintain and develop business relationship with existing & new customers.
· To travel to visit customers based on the business requirements.
· Visiting potential clients & arranging customer visits at project sites
· Respond to clients queries on time
· Should maintain professional relationship with clients by Phone, emails & personal contact by providing support, information and guidance of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
