Person will work under guidance of Team Lead to carry out administrative support and data
entry operations and occasionally carry out user testing of WEB / WINDOWS, MVC/ASP.NET
applications with SQL & extensive usage of WCF & Windows services. Main application functions
to support administratively are: online examination, online learning; competency building
application functions and tracking of application level information. Installing software patches
as well as new installation through installers on client machine using remote access.
Person will be responsible for independently for:
o Replying to support tickets / e-mail queries related to application
o Attending support telephone calls from client and provide solutions or if technical
address to technical team
o Exporting results and sending to client via e-mail
o Carry out data entry for question and test papers and other data required for
application.
o Publishing and assigning examination and learning courses
o Importing / exporting user information, user registrations and results
o Maintaining track of reported tickets and issues by client
o Installing software patches as well as new installation through installers on client
machine remotely.
o Custodian of data entry Forms, templates, and repository
o Maintain and manage ISO forms related to data entry and administrative support
o Creating MIS reports
o Assist IT team on task related to applications administration
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
Ability to track support activities from initial reporting to closure of support tickets.
Very Good Knowledge of Excel, PPT, Word, (Microsoft office) For creating MIS reports.
Very Good working Knowledge providing administrative and data entry support for various Web
Applications on .Net Environment using 3-Tier/MVC architecture. Candidate is not expected to
carry out any coding.
