Job Role
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Coordinate with the clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until the query has been solved.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Should have Knowledge about CCTV, Access Control hardware, Office 365, Biometrics time & Attendance device & software’s.
• Should have knowledge about MySQL, MySQL database
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills for answering technical questions with customer follow-up
• Fluency in English, Hindi(must) and any other language preferred
