Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gujrat for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies and plans, coordinating with other departments, identifying potential clients, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the work of sales representatives, setting sales targets and ensuring they are met, and providing feedback to the sales team and senior management.
Qualifications
Minimum experience 5-6 years in automotive industry.
Package:- 5-7 lakh ( No bar)
Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
Experience in managing sales operations and developing sales strategies and plans
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and manage a team of sales representatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in. CRM software and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fiel
Experience in the automotive industry
