• Evaluate a client’s needs to help them buy/rent/sell properties and achieve sales targets
• Cold call, email, message customers to generate leads and arrange site visits
• Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation
• Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders
• Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes • Develop relationships with clients, builders and brokers to increase performance
•Build good working relationships with Clients.
•Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
•Explain to the customers about the properties.
•Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
•Should have good skills in customer service, negotiation skills.
•Lead & Supervise the real estate sales team, perform administrative duties.
