Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic management intern to work at our office headquartered in Pune. As the name suggests, the intern should be flexible in working with all the departments. Work will not be limited to one segment but to many different segments. The intern may have to report to more than 1 HOD at a given point of time.

Experience: Freshers are welcome

Requirements

• We would like to hire an intern who is ready mentally to commit the given 3 months.
• Intern should be fluent in its communication
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales as and when required.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Assists in creating and formulating performance reports
• Laptops are compulsory and candidates should arrange his/her own laptop and phone.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Management or any equivalent thereof.
• Must be averse in communication and be readily available for work.

Skills

• Familiarity with Organizational Software and technologies (such as Excel, Google docs etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Verbal communication

Salary: 5,000 per month stipend

Joining: Immediate

Location: Pune
