We recently launched digital banks and wallets in multiple markets to enhance our customers’ experiences with a cutting-edge digital Ecosystem. As a Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish core digital banking and wallet solutions globally.
Role Responsibilities
Ensuring the accuracy and quality of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework during the sprint.
Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimize problems.
Willing to work on all aspects of QA cycle – like integration testing, UAT, regression, test case development, automation etc.
Gathers usage patterns and actual production transaction metrics of various applications to derive test patterns and transforms them into usable tests.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
Functional test analysis, planning, design, execution, and reporting for Test Strategy, Test Scenarios, Test cases.
To continuously improve the quality of production systems, participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for production issues and update test cases accordingly.
Working closely with business, technology, and support areas to investigate and interpret test findings.
Creation of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for Mobile and Web, and encompassing functional, integration, automation, and performance testing.
Ensuring the quality of all IT systems (SaaS, On-prem, home-grown).
Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality assurance.
Be a culture champion on the team and across the company.
Role Requirements
7-8 years of Automation testing experience and 2+ years in leading technology projects and mentoring junior associates.
Hands-on experience with Automation testing using Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Mabl, Jenkins, TestNG, JMeter, test tools, and different frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL or similar.
Demonstrated experience in API testing (Web & Mobile) using Rest Assured, SOPAUi, Postman, etc.
Experience with Test Management tools like TestRail, JIRA, ALM, GitHub, Grafana, etc.
Proven ability in developing test automation using Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) solutions.
Strong understanding of Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
Knowledge in testing web-based and Cloud solutions.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including creation and monitoring of multiple QA environments.
Strong background in test writing to provide full spectrum testing.
Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing business priorities and to thrive under pressure.
Team player with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
