The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Implement the vision, strategy, direction from the Management.
Ensure that there is adequate support (people, processes, tools, frameworks, systems) in the team as necessary.
Business
Centralised Access Management for Financial Crime Surveillance Operations (FCSO) by Request Management Group (RMG).
FCSO is a global hub handling surveillance activities for the Bank.
Process
Raise application accesses adhering to the job role, function, country of access and other mandatory checks for employees in FCSO.
Undertake various other activities handled by RMG team including quality checks and access reviews.
Maintain log / record of all accesses for reporting and reconciliation.
Risk Management
Ensure Access levels are to the right degree and there is no toxic access.
Identify discrepencies in access request as compared to the requirement.
Governance
In the event of major discrepencies observed, ensure senior management are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased.
Ensure proactive escalation of potential risks to the management team.
Regulatory and Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Lead the FCSO to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Operation of Financial Markets; Financial Crime Prevention; The Right Environment.
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Support relevant stakeholders to respond to regulatory questions.

Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelors or master s degree in of the fields of study and 6 – 8 years of relevant work experience.
Must be a team player and able to facilitate collaboration, networking and alignment within and across teams.
Ability to deepen relationships with stakeholders through active consultation.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, manage stakeholders.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to different audience groups.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Excellent communication in skill (articulation and writing).
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
Ability to get cross functional teams to work together.
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Powerpoint).
