Job Description –

We are seeking a fresher to assist our SEO team in managing and executing both on-page and off-page search engine optimization campaigns for our website. The Junior SEO Specialist will work closely with the Senior SEO Specialist to identify and implement effective strategies for improving organic search rankings and driving traffic to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases for optimization
• Assist in developing and implementing on-page optimization strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic
• Perform technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements
• Should be strong on Guest blogging, Content marketing and other link-building activities.
• Actively manage and promote our blog and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
• Contribution to the company blog and at least one social media community.
• Assist in creating and implementing link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase back links
• Conduct outreach campaigns to acquire quality back links from relevant websites and publishers
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the Senior SEO Specialist to develop and implement SEO strategies for the website
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SEO

Requirements:

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a focus on both on-page and off-page optimization
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEM rush
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
