Job Description:
Handle inbound calls from customers who have questions on patient statements, service questions, scheduling/ rescheduling visits, visit confirmations, etc.
Handle outbound calls like schedule confirmations, responding to VMs, calling clients for information, etc
Maintaining daily work updates in CRM and Excel
Getting trained in healthcare software as a job requirement
Escalating tasks to seniors for support
Reporting to Manager
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills including voice and accent, written communication, etc
Experience in handling customers over phone
Ability to pacify callers in problem situations
Experience in US calling is a Plus
Experience in US Healthcare/RCM is a Plus
0+ years experience
Bachelors Degree is a must
