Job Description

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
• Experience of working in Construction Domain with awareness of documents flow.
• Maintaining of all technical documents such as Contract Agreements, Specifications, All types Drawings, Calculation Sheets, Inspection Requests, Requests, Scope Change Instructions and Correspondences.
• Maintaining the Electronic Document Archive.
• Preparing the Monthly Document Control reports such as Registers/logs of Critical / Non-Critical Documents, GFC Drawings, Shop Drawings, RFI, NCR, CAR (Corrective Action Request) etc. for the submission of monthly progress report to the client
• Keeping all periodical records / registers as required under the provisions of various laws. Registration / Renewal of various licenses.
• Issuing Documents as per their status and requirement through the Engineering Transmittals generated. to the Client, Consultant, Project Departments and Company Head Office.
• Keeping track with Head Office and Vendors for latest Documents and Drawings & issuing the latest revisions of those.
• Handling and maintaining all types of incoming & outgoing correspondences & transmittals.
• Complying and presenting as built documents as per approved final document procedure.
• Preparing daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports for maintaining regular record of site development.
• Maintaining Master Document Register generated by the Database and making it ready for Monthly Progress Report & to submit for Milestone Payment.
• Experience in Maintaining the HSF (Handing over Submission Forms) Documents for smooth Handover during project close out
• Works under limited supervision.
• May take on several components of a project.
• Provides direction for team members.
• Plans and manages implementation and integration of new technologies.
• Troubleshoots problems of medium complexity and recommends appropriate action.
• Project size could range from low to medium complexity.
• Provides document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects.
• Manages the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Ensures that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures.
