Summary:
1 – Assist cross functional BTO team as well as PMO team by providing the right input and work cohesively with project members. Ability to provide SAP R2R, O2C and P2P related inputs & architecture discussion is an added advantage.
2 – Drive & deliver medium scale SAP transformations projects by connecting the end-to-end cycle & familiar with scoping, planning & latest agile Tools like JIRA.
3 – Prior Hands-on experience in managing stakeholders is a must. Effective Stakeholder Management is a key for this position.
4 – Adheres to company policies and IT governance processes. These may include SOX procedures, FDA procedures, IT security and project management processes
5 – Demonstrated ability to drive projects. Experience with project management and systems implementation methodologies. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization, should be self-driven.
6 – Demonstrate leadership in implementing best practices & ability to work independently is a must.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Interact with project/delivery teams on regular basis to provide guidance to deliver channel and acquisition projects in timely manner.

Experience in implementing solutions using Agile methodology.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills & interact action with project/delivery teams on regular basis to provide guidance to deliver channel & acquisition projects in a timely manner.

Self-Driven, extremely goal-oriented, innovative and a quick learner, adapts easily to new situations/challenges and work independently with business users and manage multiple assignments.

8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing solutions in SAP areas General Ledger, Sales/Use Tax, Revenue Recognition, Intercompany Billing, Profitability Analysis, Fixed Assets, Cash Management (Electronic Bank Statement & Lockbox), Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, FSCM(Credit Management, Collections Management), Bank Integration(Electronic Bank Statement, Lockbox, Outgoing payments)

Strong understanding of ASC 606 with 1+ years of experience in SAP RAR tool

Exposure to SD and MM modules and their integration with SAP FICO
