Responsibilities:

International Calling II English Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as customer concerns and queries
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
  • Maintaining the monthly target and achievement report documents

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹25,185.89 – ₹33,327.94 per month
