MIS Executive – Retail Sales Position Overview: The MIS Executive for Retail Sales plays a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support the retail sales operations. The MIS Executive contributes to informed decision-making processes by providing accurate and insighDul reports and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Sales Data Management: o Collect and compile sales data from various retail channels, including in-store and online transactions. o Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data by reconciling discrepancies. Sales Performance Analysis: o Analyze sales data to iden,fy trends, best-selling products, and customer preferences. o Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance for different product categories and store loca,ons. Customer Insights: o Analyze customer data to iden,fy purchasing paKerns, demographics, and preferences. o Provide recommenda,ons based on customer insights to enhance the customer experience. Opera,onal Efficiency: o Collaborate with store managers and staff to iden,fy areas for opera,onal improvement. o Provide data-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Repor,ng and Visualiza,on: o Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Bi. o Present data and analysis to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
