JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Proficiency:Develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems with minimal guidance from a Lead Developer

Outcomes:

1. Work with project team to develop unit test and document small and medium complex level programs as needed for the projects
2. Follows the best practises set by the project requirements.
3. Perform other duties as assigned or requested
4. Code debug test and document communicate product/component/feature during development stages.
5. Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
6. Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
7. Define/review technical requirements based on user stories.
8. Mentor new team members
9. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
10. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
11. Suggest appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components
12. Set goals in NorthStar measure progress timely and update accordingly

Additional Comments:
Enterprise Solutions Specialist (SAP MDM) .The ideal candidate should have excellent hands on experience with SAP MDM with a good understanding of SAP application design . Candidate should have good experience in business process design . A good understanding of SAP system architecture is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into system requirements is key to be successful in this role. Overall Experience level: 4-6 years of in-depth knowledge and consulting experience in SAP MDM As a SAP MDM Consultant , your focus will include, but not be limited to: 1. Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations on Master Data Governance and minimum two life cycles techno functional experience on Material / Customer Master Domain. 2. Strong working knowledge on Interfacing with multiple systems 3. Knowledge on SAP MDG material master design and Architecture. 4. Extensively worked on Material master and Classifications and knowledge on Material master Taxonomies. 5. Hands on Expertize on FPM configurations, UI Customizations, Enhancements and Home/Landing pages based on user levels. 6. Ability to Configure and customize complex Rule based workflows. Hands on Workflow BADI and classes on material master. 7. Hands on Experience on Extending Data Models, Custom Entities and Attributes. 8. Experience in DRF, DIF and Value mapping 9. Ability to provide the solutions and build the solution deployments as per requirements. 10. Hands on Experience on Enterprise and creating Hana search views for materials and extensive knowledge on Side panels. 11. Ability to provide and exceeds the Business expectations and deliver in tight deadlines 12. Expertise on setting up SLA e-mail notifications based on priorities. 13. Good to be have knowledge on Earlier Versions of MDG 14. Good expertise in dealing with Data validations and derivations using BRF plus. 15. Experience in developing user statistics reports in MDG. 16. Knowledge on generating statistics reports for material master data cleansing activities. 17. Knowledge on Fiori Apps is additional value. 18. Knowledge on ALE IDOC’s, Distribution model, Partner Profiles, Serialization and Error Handling processes – Minimum of 4 years experience working on SAP support engagements – Experience working closely with end users on resolving incidents and service requests – Experience analyzing support tickets and perform root cause analysis that resulted in the overall reduction of the number of support tickets – Developed end user training documentation and delivered end user training to key users – Can provide thought leadership and training to business process owners and key users to optimize processes – Be pro-active in approach to application support
