RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm – Tiger Global Management in September 2019.
We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and build roadmap to curb churn and reactivate churned users who have joined Upstox
2. Execute plan to retain and reactivate users who have joined Upstox
3. Able to influence cross functional teams and prioritize retention’s roadmap
4. Able to show the plan and estimated results based on the plan to leadership
5. Someone who is super analytical and follows metrics
6. Someone who has been in fintech space
7. Someone who has worked in onboarding or acquisition
8. 5+ years of relevant work experience
Professional Skills & Qualifications
– 5+ years of relevant work experience
– Should be from top A or B school
– Have knowledge of FinTech, Financial Market, Stock Broking and Financial Industry is mandatory
